When you submit an apartment request, the website may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, budget, bedroom preference, preferred neighborhoods, move-in date and the building you viewed.

How information is used

The information is used by Albury Pierre and authorized LPT Realty staff to respond to your apartment search, coordinate property information and schedule tours. It is not sold to third-party lead brokers.

WhatsApp, text and calls

The website opens WhatsApp, your native text application or phone dialer. A message is not sent until you send it from your device. This website does not use Twilio or automated promotional text campaigns.

Service providers

Hosting, database, mapping, analytics, email notifications and error-monitoring providers may process limited information needed to operate the service. Access is restricted using account permissions and database security rules.

Retention and requests

Lead records are retained only as reasonably necessary for apartment-locating operations and legal recordkeeping. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Albury at (954) 770-3655.

Pricing, availability and specials may come from apartment communities, authorized feeds, MLS sources or independently verified staff updates. Unverified information is not represented as current.
